How to Study without being stressed !!!!

Study is by far the most toughest job of any student or is it not ???

Parents saying study study study and study all the time ...it is like never ending yet there is a brighter side . They say that to enlighten our future .Not only our parents but also all the well wishers advice us to study harder and more effectively . 
But is studying possible without worrying,day dreaming,slacking off,or without being stressed out every now and then . like days before exam , sudden tests ,worrying too much if things don't go through the head easily and so on .There are so many predictable situations that we are compelling or asking stress to come to us and make things more worse.


The thing is we lack sometimes simple tips and tricks not to mention few diligence and little bit of hard work which makes us worry,anxious,trouble some,confused and not to mention a whole lot of stressed .

So why don't i at first show the misdoings of every common student every now and then.







1.Most of the students are not as time giving on their own . What i mean to say is that they do not give proper timing in studies .This leads to a habit of studying when ever you please and what we get as a result is studying before the night tirelessly or even not having sleeps well enough before the exams.











2.Not having a proper schedule about what to study  .As we know we do not study one subject in every year.Most of the time it is about average 5 to 6 books and so to get good grades we must give equal effort to all of them .Some may require less timing yet going through known things makes us more confident and more chances occur towards us for the correction of faults and details.







3. Students do not keep concentration one topic at a time instead if they stumble upon some hard stuff they tend to loose balance and close the chapter and move on .This hinders the processing capability and innovative thinking of the mind.and when they face unknown stuff in questions this tends to stress them out.

4.Not being focused on the given article at a time and being distracted by other stuff like the all known Facebook ,Twitter and so on .and at the time when while doing multitasking with study you presumed you had it alas at that moment assumption takes over you and in reality you end up with more stressed while facing tests.



5.Making minds belief that they can do multi tasking at the same time while they are studying like a habit of many students listening to songs while doing sum and while doing so without that habit you might feel uncomfortable and lead to some sums being unsolved.






6.Not having a desired place to study and instead they prefer comfort zones like sofa and all stuff which leads to more distraction due to too much body comfort and ends up slacking and bitter sweet truth it makes you idle and making brain tissues more relaxed will make your brain realize you memorized every thing bit to the decimal detail.

and also so many things are out there .





So what you should do to avoid such tragic things 

1.Give proper timing equally to all the subjects you study and be sure to remember them by bed time .Try to make a habit of remembering everything you read all day before falling asleep as a glimpse of deeds.

2.Make your self a proper study schedule if you have the opportunity as it will polish up your skills every day basis and and sharpen your knowledge and a bit of advice think of it as a journey and exertion where you know nothing and excited to know more.

3.Make study a hobby not an occasion like marriage or any social stuff . Imagine like you are in the world of physics and learning things that you know ever knew existed and how does they operate .

4.Give your self self study hours and both group study time as it will boast your productivity and will encourage you to have better communication skill set and will have no problems in group discussions what so ever.

5.Do not make the habit of multi tasking please . As it will be only a tool of distortion ,as another tip i would recommend finish study hard and fast remember all stuff and close the study game and then open the virtual world at your pawn step .You will be amazed by that because you did work and now as a treat you are allowed to do what ever you like.

6.Go out and play out doors,do not slack off or be boring and too sleepy.Fitness plays a crucial role in our fitness and will make you more active and will boast your spirit.

7.Sleep well and try to take rest as much as is required never the less and never the more.

8.Go for trips and out of the ordinary stuff , hang out with friends , and families . Give time to the ones you love to be with in this short period of life and then you will feel the eager to work even harder as it will make you more hopeful and promising.

And for the last tip from my personal arsenal i would recommend listen to your heart some times , give up daily activity and school once in a month for a while and feel the world around you because you never know what is waiting for you unless you keep your eyes open .







Give break take day off enjoy now and then and study like it is a hobby and the one which is most interesting regardless how boring it may seem or how much hard it may be because mind set is the key to progress.

stress management for Academics


Academic is the most delicate time period of students and aspirants of variation of age and ambitions.
It is one of those moments when we decide what to do and what not to take as our future plans or not . Regardless how simple it sounds it is mostly the headache of most parents and a matter of up most pressure of many students which leads them into total distortion and stressful life.In this crucial moment no one wishes for extra curricular load or extra distracting thoughts and want to lead their teenage minds also towards perfection , maturity,productiveness and much more which varies from student to student .

 Every one has their own individual goals aspirants expectations and if not they end up looking for one and finally go for it . So any way we see it this academic session is more or less never ending because we say that study and knowledge is endless, ageless,gender-less so for me i will state it as life long according to my thinking . So in such sweet period of moments why bother with stress and anxiety when we can be our-self, be happy , flourishing , nurturing ??

Though i myself wondered for the answer to this for quite some time now and found out ways which by applying in our day to day life will change the aspect and outlook of our life and hence leading to a greater good . As for these some have likes and dislikes so i would suggest to choose the ones you prefer yourself .





In academic cases there may be many reasons for your stress but the first thing you need to do is to figure out the source of your stress . you need to mark the things that make you worry or anxious and all.

on the other side i would ask you to look into your problems and face them , not turning back but standing up in front of it and face it face to face . Backing down or no realization of things are the up-most thing that will haunt you forever and ever so man up and face up .








now you must give up your bad habits or any kind of improper things that you may think will lead you to stress less life or anything .It might be smoking,drinking,over sleeping,staying away from friend gatherings or families ,slacking off or having too much break offs.







now you must accept the upcoming and on going battles of day to day life it can be anything from not being able to coup up with studies or lectures or teachings or tutorials anything. Do not expect things to go easy on you instead be grateful that things were tough and it will make you thorougher than you are today and you will shine like no one else .






Accept and adapt to the situations and always expect the unexpected that is called a successful strategy passed down from achievers.As we can not fore cast sudden changes of nature like wise something may come up all on a sudden and at that moment without standing there 
like a zombie adapt according to it accept it face it and then move on . 






Now for the last tip i would suggest be upcoming and active . Do not just sit back and hunch all day . Yeah i know it is easier said than done as it is too much hard work or is it !!
Get up walk around , look for good companion or make companions according to your path , make a motivating strong circle around you , share your thoughts and get feedback acknowledge them and move on .


Go out door and do take part in sports and all stuff every once in a while and do make a habit of taking hygienic stuff inside .
Do take part in social activity as we all are social beings and make sure to share to get shared and give to get something in return.

How to deal with Stress in Office.



Stress is something that appears in many places in many forms and it is up-to us how we want to deal with them or take appropriate measures in regard of this things and make sure to curtail down the amount of pressure we are going under through.
It is a very competitive generation and if you do not keep up the pace and do well then chances are you are being back-drawn and at the time you realize the fact , it would be too late already.
Look life is not about the term stress and all.People work everyday and tirelessly with their butts up to make their both ends meet and for so you are no exception. You may have been brought up with a silver or copper or even a golden spoon on your mouth but the reality may differ from time to time or generation to generation .There is a saying that my father used to tell me that gone days are good days but upcoming days are the real challenges .





 Worrying stressing out is never going to help you instead will let you down and will make you less progressive and productive in the long run . And so i would like to tell you that it is not easy to win always .
 Though you may feel worried about your future, you may doubt in your potential or even you may have other personal issues but these are there not to demise your potential but they are there to give you a reason to move on .Get hungry for more knowledge apply that knowledge and shine . Corporate world is not about only competition but about the amount of knowledge you have and willing to gather as you move on towards and so instead of giving into stress and all let the cause be your ambition to overcome or your goal to complete or your reminder to motivate you to moving forward.




Though people may look down upon you , but never let it do demise you . Take and acknowledge what you think is for your own good and proceed. Be positive in work , be more active .Focus on one thing at a time.Give everything you do your 100% and let the deeds decide what you will be getting.




  • Take day off some times and lay low for a while .Let your mind relax for sometimes and feel the fresh air . 
  • Do think out of the box sometimes as the answers to your misery lie in your past and decides your future.




  • Keep a good hygiene and fresh mind set doing workouts and other physical activity on a regular or on off days .
  • Try to stay on top of your game by doing and showing what you believe in or have faith in .






  • Take a good night break or so called sleep or some people would say even to die for quite some time to give your body the time to feel rejuvenated .
  • Maintain a journal of your known pointing things know and then , taking notes of others shortcomings and specialties and not to mention your drawbacks too . This will help you to blend in your environment more 

  • And never be ashamed to be yourself cause that is what makes you who you are .

Take a step at a time and keep moving on ward and hope that you will be leading a awesome life very soon.As someone said do not give in against fate or future instead accept present , acknowledge past and believe in future and keep moving forward.


Life is not easy so is yours. Deal with it to the bitter end and if you live long enough you will have what you deserve.  Best wishes for you regards.

Is Education Stressful !!


Education by far the most widely used weapon of mass knowledge and spreading of knowledge.
There is no easy way to go through this as this takes patience and a great deal of effort in it and when we feel uncertain of your goal in the stream of knowledge we feel stressed. Education is for all ans is available to us by every means possible but why there is the phrase stress related to such wonderful creation??

Stress comes when we end up being confused and worried about the things that we do and face .It is the situation that we coupe up with which makes us knowledgeable or stressful. For education it is common to have either of them or even not to mention both of them if circumstances appear .Following a proper study material , a proper guide , a proper lead and all proper stuff may lead you to become knowledgeable but at the same time stressed too as if you do not learn to heart the knowledge it will be hard to create things on your own and end up in thinking whether you learnt it or not leading to more stress.

Education is an open source where you can learn as much you like but if you can not collaborate then you can  not bear the burden . knowledge is something to be shared and discussed on a good basis to render your mind feeling more involved and energized . Making up things , faceing odds is a must to improve knowledge and if not it makes you outdated and hence skipped aside.The more you improve the more you learn ,the more you spread the more you learn , the more you learn the less you worry , the more obstetrical you breakdown the less you worry and the less you worry the less stressed you feel and such leading to a good environment of recreation and fulfillment.

So for my opinion i would say that education is stressful or not is up to you . Choosing of mindset is the key to answer and as for my concern it is not stressful it is meaningful and joyful . Just need to change the way you look into things and you may be surprised how they differ so much.
